Thabo is currently the CEO of TWKB Talent Centric, a strategic consulting and Advisory company that renders services to multinational corporates, local private companies and public sector organisations. Some of his clients clients include Barloworld, Microsoft, Accenture, Air Liquide and Adapt IT.
Chairman of the board of Trustees for BMW ESD/SD Trust for Sub-Saharan Africa. He is also Global Inovation Catalyst Fellow and Business Mentor for the Milken-Motsepe Foundation Agriculture and Technology Challenge. He is also the host of a weekly Entrepreneurship Podacast T-Junction.
He has a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Post-Grad in Human Capital Strategy Management, and Qualified as Program Instructor for Innovation Entrepreneurship through Stanfford University.
Thabo has over 18 years led in various corporate and consulting positions , at Absa/Barclays Africa, Transnet Rail Engineer, Siemens ,Joy Global, Accenture , focusing on Human Capital Strategy, Organisational Transformation Strategy, Enterprise and Supply Chain Development, SME Funding Solutions and Strategy formulation aligned to BBBEE and Diversity & Inclusivity.
Thabo is an eloquent public speaker, fluent in 7 of the 11 Languages in SA, with professional media training and has presented at conferences , workshops, Radio, and various public spaces.
